I may sound like a critique or something, but then I just find it monotonous, with the usual storylines, with the usual boy meets girl, etc. but honestly, I watch this too if I got nothing to do. And it's kind of ironic, right?
Well, here's my say about that.
Ok... So the show is kind of monotonous... And yet many people are watching, it's not a fact, I just assumed that because the books have many followers(I'm not one of them because although I want to support Pinoy stuff, I don't find any thrill reading them). Maybe, it's because no matter how much we find it corny, sometimes we wish it was that easy to have your own lovestory, your own romance. Maybe, we also hope our lovestory start off as theirs, with fights that eventually lead to instant attraction, mutual attraction... And that our story will continue like theirs, no matter how many twists and subplots the writer will provide to put our relationships in a challenging situation, the ending will still end in a happily ever after and that there's no continuation whatsoever to the dilemmas that follows.
If only finding our soulmates were as easy as that, maybe there will be no such thing as hopeless romantics, and love stories will never be bestsellers.
